AMERICAN STYLE CHEERLEADING
This sport is the newest and fastest growing discipline of gymnastics in Australia.
Unlike the NRL-type "cheerleading", this particular style stems from America, and is well-known due to the ESPN televised competitions and of course movies like "Bring it On".
Our classes are open to girls of all ages and abilities, and beginners are most welcome!!
Come along to train as a group with other girls just as excited as you are and learn tones of new skills, make lots of new friends, and most of all have lots of FUN!
This athletic team sport incorporates dance, cheers, gymnastics, acrobatics, jumps, motions, stunts and tosses as well as getting the team ready for shows, performances, displays and cheering on sport teams!!
