COMPETITIVE GIRLS GYMNASTICS
This invitation only class will introduce the gymnasts to the four WAG apparatus: bars, beam, floor and vault.
Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, posture and balance, as well as an increase their confidence, self esteem and learn good sportsmanship.
This class is dedicated to the girls who would like to compete. Gymnasts will train with an emphasis on skills needed for advanced gymnastics. Classes are structured around the NSW WAG program and attending to the needs of and challenging each and every individual athlete.
There is an opportunity for the girls to showcase their talents through club gradings and competitions, interclub competitions, and regional/state competitions.
